Students win HOSA awards!

The Ralph R Willis Career and Technical Center's LPN Program participated in Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA) on March 10, 2018. Seven students attended and worthy of recognition. Proud to announce HOSA-Future Health Professionals: First Place Winners: Daniel Bowens and Richard Pratt. Second Place Winners: Kayla Burger and Brandy Meadows. HOSA Bowl Team: Tabitha Ooten, Kortney Jewel and Justin Johnson placed in the top five category. HOSA is a an international student organization recognized by the U.S. Department of Education to promote career opportunities in the health care industry and to enhance the delivery of quality health care to all. Students from all parts of WV come together in Huntington to compete in various events. These awards do not come without hard work and dedication. These are qualities of a true health care professional.
