Located near Logan, West Virginia, Ralph R. Willis Career and Technical Center offers high school students as well as adult learners the opportunity to enhance their academic studies with specialized training in competitive fields.
Upon completion of a Ralph R. Willis training program, students have the opportunity to earn college credit, as well as become certified in a specialized field.

  • Ralph R. Willis Career and Technical Center will maintain the industry standard for passing the NOCTI at the state level and 90% of students will pass industry recognized credentials for their program of study.
  • Ralph R. Willis Career and Technical Center will meet the requirements of the CTE Data Profile.
  • All students will utilize Tooling U, OSHA 10 Hour and WV Welcomes with at least 90 percent of students certifying above and beyond the required state certifications by June 1, 2020.
  • Ralph R. Willis Career and Technical Center will increase community and family involvement, as well as improve the public perception of our school to increase student enrollment by 10%.
  • Ralph R. Willis Career and Technical Center will have 85 percent of all seniors receive at least an 85 percent or better on portfolio scores.
